The location is perfect if you want to be near bars that will play music until late night. It's also near a market, which is convenient. the room is clean, with a huge refrigerator, and the staff is friendly. the breakfast is barely existent and there is no shampoo or hair dryer in the bathroom.
The noise level is high and it can be difficult to sleep at night due to the partying outside.

The location is wonderful, you are just a few metres away from İstiklal St. and there lots of restaurants very close to the hotel. The rooms are clean enough.
The bed was awful, it was creaking all the time. We couldn't sleep because it wakes us up even with your smallest move.

We had a lovely romantic escape in the heart of a bustling district with great connectivity. The hotel offered a clean room with a comfortable bed & lovely breakfast spread with eggs, jam and cheese every morning. The hotel was located just few blocks away from the main street and within walking distance to several sights, which helped us save on our travel costs. The hotel also had helpful staff to answer our queries.
The hotel room was rather small, which was a drawback. We found that the towels were not fresh and had a stinky smell, which we did not like.

High flexibility and service at breakfast.
Cleaning was very poor and it is amazing to find a hotel that does not accept credit cards in 2011!

We liked mostly the location - it is almost on the main street İstiklal.
We did not like: 1. My room had not direct access to light. 2. Cleaning was not on good level. 3. Most of the staff do not speak any languages except Turkish (only a man speaks English). The staff was not friendly at all (except the English speaking man and the lady who was serving breakfast). 4. The breakfast was not buffet as it was set in the rooms description. 5. On Friday and Saturday evenings and nights is very very noisy.

Very close to Taksim Plaza, at walking distance or a couple of train stations from almost all places one would like to visit.
Only one person from the staff was speaking English and he was there only during day time, until 6 pm.

Great location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and clean facilities. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the bustling market and nightlife area. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, adding to the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast served was delicious! The facilities were kept tidy and clean, making my stay all the more comfortable.
Everything was spot on. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, making this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting this city.

I had stayed at the hotel 6 years ago, had kept the business card. The hotel is centrally located and very reasonably priced. The staff is cordial, helpful, friendly. The rooms are clean, the upper floors more modernized baths. The upper floors are also quieter as the rooms all face the street.
The first night we had a room on the 2nd floor, the night life on the street kept us awake until ca 3 A.M. we were moved for the rest of the stay to the 4th floor which helped considerably.

Great location just a few steps from popular shops and restaurants, and easily accessible to public transportation. Simple and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. the breakfast served was basic but sufficient.
Noisy at night, with outside noise travelling easily into the rooms, making it difficult to sleep. Walls were also quite thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard.

The location, it's close to Taksim, but on a noisy area.
The lift is horrible. Staff can't speak English well. It looks dated and tatty.
